1. Scope
These Terms of Contract (ToC) govern the use of our website and the purchase of software solutions, support services, and infrastructure services by customers. These ToC apply to all contracts between [Your Company Name], a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus, and the private and business customers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) who enter into a contract through our website.

3. Service Offering
We offer software development, ready-made software solutions, software support, and infrastructure support. Our software solutions can be purchased either as a one-time purchase, subscription model, or under customized payment agreements.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded when the customer places an order for a software solution, support service, or custom software solution through our website, and this order is confirmed by us. For custom software solutions, the contract will be concluded after detailed discussions and agreement of the terms.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
All listed prices are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal. Additional payment options can be arranged individually. Payment is due immediately upon order.
6. Delivery and Delivery Times
For ready-made software solutions, access or delivery will be provided immediately upon receipt of payment. For custom software solutions, delivery will occur according to the individually agreed terms and a separate contract.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation
For the purchase of ready-made software solutions, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract, provided that the software has not been downloaded or activated.
No right of withdrawal exists for custom software solutions or services that have already been fully provided.
8. Data Protection
We collect and store the following personal data: first name, last name, email address, company name, and location. This data is used exclusively for the fulfillment of the contract and customer service, and it is stored in an encrypted database.
For the processing of personal data, our separate Privacy Policy applies.
9. Liability
We are only liable for damages arising from the use of our software products or services within the scope of statutory provisions. Further liability, especially for consequential damages, is excluded.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship, the laws of Cyprus apply. The place of jurisdiction is [City, Cyprus], unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
11. Final Provisions
Any amendments to these ToC must be in writing. If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original economic intent.
